I came across this school library blog/ “website” that’s using the edublogs blogging service.  It looks like Ms. Johnson is making great use of what edublogs has to offer, and has taken what I think would be a good amount of time gathering her resources, creating various pages, and posting those links.  I like her clean use of photos, as well.  This is a great example of what a school library can be doing with a blog!  I hope to get some time soon to view all her site has to offer. (and perhaps borrow some ideas, as well)

Edublogs provides free blogs to educators and students (learnerblogs).  Check it out!

If your book has an ISBN (they all do), you can auto-generate a citation with Ottobib.

Whether you need MLA, APA, AMA, or Chicago, Ottobib’s got you covered. All you need to do is enter in the ISBN and hit “enter” – and there’s the citation you need. Quite the timesaver; I wish that I had something like this when I was in school. — Wendy Boswell
